Da Work
Da Work
Good Conditions starts with a simple idea: the people are usually not the problem. The conditions usually are.
Â
Before we jump to a plan, a meeting, a report, or a beautifully formatted PDF no one asked for, we look at what is actually shaping the work: the patterns, pressure points, relationships, systems, capacity, values, avoidance, urgency, and group-chat infrastructure holding the whole thing together.
Â
This page breaks down the two sides of Da Work:

The What
Basically, visible stuff: The meeting that went sideways, strategy that feels vague, the project with too many moving pieces., the community feedback with nowhere to go, the tension everyone can feel but no one has named yet. This is usually where people notice something is not working.
The How
The way people are responding to it.The systems, habits, decisions, pacing, communication, avoidance, care, urgency, humour, power, and capacity shaping what happens next. This is usually where the conditions reveal themselves.
Because fixing symptoms is cute for about five minutes. Then we need to change the conditions.
Part one
What We Do
Our services: Once we understand what is happening, we can choose the right kind of support.Good Conditions offers strategy, facilitation, EDIA and belonging work, community engagement, project support, and human-centred reporting for work that needs more clarity, care, structure, and movement.

This is the practical side of Da Work: the sessions, plans, processes, reports, conversations, and support that help people stop circling the same problem with different snacks.

Part two
How We Do It
Our approach: Good Conditions is not just about what gets delivered. It is about how the work is held. Our approach is care-centred, seasonal, honest, playful, and practical. We work with capacity, pleasure, discomfort, power, pacing, community, and the conditions that shape whether meaningful work can actually grow.

This is the methodology side of Da Work: the values, behaviours, questions, and seasonal thinking behind how we support people through the messy middle.
